Bill Meadows, founder and former owner of Mead Royal, has combined his 30 years of knowledge and experience in the air conditioning and heating field with a select staff of courteous and well-trained professionals. The organization has been structured to provide a rich culture based on integrity and the very highest standards of quality. This uniquely qualified team, now known as Mead Indoor, is the result of Bill Meadows' innovative approach to providing the systems and services that improve the quality of our indoor environment.

To address indoor environmental issues (also referred to as "sick building syndrome"), Bill enrolled in a two-year intensive training program at the International Institute of Bau-Biologie and Ecology. Bill graduated from the Institute with certification as a Bau-Biologie Practitioner. The application of this new and expanding field has greatly improved the health and well being of many people worldwide.
